3 years ago I hired a construction company for a very large new-build project in Lone Tree. After nearly a year of construction and over six years of planning, an accident at the construction site put the completion of the job in jeopardy. The construction company was ruled to be responsible for the mishap and to make a bad situation worse, they were without the proper insurance to cover such a loss.
