Attorney Bio
Linda Eng comes to Denver from a diverse set of hometowns. Originally born in Canton, China, Linda moved with her family to the Chicago area when she was just 7 years old. Staying close with her family has always been important to her, and influenced her decision to attend the University of Iowa for her double-major degrees in Management Information Systems and Marketing, with a minor in Psychology. However, it wasn’t until her senior year that an Intro to Law class sparked Linda’s interest in litigation and led her to choose a position with Heinrick & Kramer as a legal assistant. Her love for the job drove her to attend law school, choosing the Washburn University School of Law to earn her Juris Doctorate. But it would be a simple ski trip to Colorado that would next compel Linda to follow her love of the outdoors to Denver.
Since moving to Denver, Linda has spent much of her free time in the mountains that drew her here, chalking up 14er’s regularly each summer and building her skills on the slopes every winter. Always committed to challenging herself, she also has run marathons in Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania, with more always scheduled in her ever-full planner.
Beyond pushing herself, Linda also has taken time to help improve her community working and volunteering for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, volunteering as a Guardian Ad Litem with the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center, and even helping found GuluGO, a charity organization that helps underprivileged children through team sports activities.
Now, Linda brings that same helping spirit to the office of Leonard A. Martinez and Associates, PC, and she is eager to assist in any of your legal needs.
